Hi, I’m Sariah, a mom of six—three of my own and three bonus kiddos—and a wife to an incredible man. I’m also a holistic wellness coach with over a decade of experience in supporting women through the emotional trauma caused by infidelity.
My journey began when infidelity shook my own marriage. Like so many women, I tried everything—therapy, couples counseling, and countless expert tips—to rebuild trust and stop the haunting thoughts. But nothing worked as I hoped. Despite my best efforts, I found myself stuck in a loop of doubts, snooping, and questions, always feeling like I had one foot in the marriage and one foot out.
That’s when everything changed. I started applying what I had learned from my professional background in trauma healing, where I’ve worked with world-renowned experts in betrayal trauma and sexual addiction. I’ve collaborated with specialists in therapeutic modalities like EMDR, CBT, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) within clinical settings. My unique approach combines these proven techniques with my expertise as a Certified Professional Yoga Therapist, with over 2,500 hours of training and an E-RYT 500 designation.
I’ve successfully guided over 1,000 women, helping them overcome behaviors like snooping, hyper-vigilance, and relentless rumination after betrayal. Through applied neuro-somatic techniques and psychosomatic work, I’ve helped them move from fear and obsession to clarity and confidence—reviving love and trust in their lives, regardless of whether they chose to stay or leave their marriages.
What’s different about my approach? I understand the science of how trauma is stored in the body, and I’ve lived through it myself. I know what it feels like to be trapped in a cycle of mistrust and doubt, and I also know that healing is possible. I found my own path to peace, clarity, and love, and now, I’m dedicated to helping women like you do the same.
If you’re ready to stop living in fear, reclaim your power, and rebuild trust and intimacy, join me in my free training. I’ll show you exactly how I did it—and how you can too.
